How long does it take to process a withdrawal?
Withdrawal requests are processed by our finance department within 24 hours. However, the time it takes for funds to reach your bank account or wallet depends on the payment method used (Crypto is usually instantaneous, while Bank Transfers may take 2-5 business days).

I forgot my trading account password. How do I reset it?
You can reset your trading platform password directly from your ALglobal Client Dashboard. Go to the "Accounts" section, select your specific trading account, and click "Reset Password". A new secure password will be generated and sent to your registered email.
Can I use an Expert Advisor (EA) or trading bot?
Yes, ALglobal allows the use of Expert Advisors (EAs) and automated trading algorithms on our platform, provided they do not employ toxic trading behaviors such as latency arbitrage that disrupt server stability.
